These terms govern your use of maxella.ai. Services supplied to financial institutions are governed by a signed agreement between Maxella AI and that institution; where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.
This site describes our products and lets you request a demonstration. Nothing on it is an offer of a financial product, a recommendation, or financial advice, and no figures shown are quotations.
The Marketing Agent finds and qualifies demand, then hands off. The Fulfilment Agent, where taken, carries a qualified customer to a completed application on the institution’s own rails. Maxella holds no customer funds, issues no product, and takes no view on what a customer should buy. The institution owns the recommendation and holds the licence.
The Maxella name, mark, site design and product interfaces are owned by Maxella AI. Content produced for a client institution belongs to that institution as set out in its agreement.
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Maxella AI is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability for services is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
